a step in the right direction

Went to a pizza place tonight with a friend, to help her with her son's birthday party, and I didn't eat it. That's a big step for me - I waited until I came home and ate some turkey and an orange instead. For me it's about making the small choices every day.

Wow! GREAT job! One thing that works well for me is planning ahead in my mind what I'll do. For instance, we have a house guest coming this afternoon and we're going to go out to eat tonight. I've already decided what I'll order and what modifications I'm going to request to make it fit with my healthy lifestyle. Good luck with the rest of your weekend! Power Forward!!!
